Fish meal follows the product description flow: raw material receiving, chilled holding, metal separation, steaming, pressing, drying, grinding, cooling, packing, and finished-goods storage.

  1. 01

    Stage 01

    Raw material receiving

    Marine fish and fish by-products are received from stable suppliers or the surimi plant, then checked for transport condition, natural odor, freshness, and storage temperature below 10°C.

  2. 02

    Stage 02

    Chilled holding

    Accepted raw materials are kept under chilled conditions below 10°C before processing to preserve freshness and prevent quality deterioration.

  3. 03

    Stage 03

    Metal separation

    Raw material passes through magnetic metal separation to remove physical contaminants before thermal processing.

  4. 04

    Stage 04

    Steaming

    Material is steamed to cook the fish protein, reduce microbial load, and prepare the batch for efficient pressing.

  5. 05

    Stage 05

    Pressing

    The cooked material is pressed to separate the solid fish meal fraction from liquid streams containing oil and protein water.

  6. 06

    Stage 06

    Drying

    Pressed material is dried under controlled heat to reduce moisture and stabilize the product for grinding and storage.

    Stage 07

    Grinding & cooling

    Dried material is ground to the required particle size, then cooled to protect product quality before packing.

    Packing & finished goods

    Finished fish meal is packed in PP bags, sealed, labeled for traceability, and stored in a dry, ventilated warehouse before distribution.
