Surimi Production Chain
Fish oil follows the GMP/BC flow: receiving, chilled holding, metal separation, steaming, pressing, heating, centrifuging, tank filling, storage, and shipment.
Stage 01
Fish by-products and fresh fish are received, inspected for origin, freshness, odor, storage condition, and foreign matter before entering production.
Stage 02
Accepted raw materials are processed immediately or held under controlled chilled conditions below 10°C for no more than 12 hours.
Stage 03
Materials pass through magnetic metal separation before steaming at 90-100°C for at least 15 minutes to cook the material and reduce microbial load.
Stage 04
Cooked material is pressed to separate the solid fraction from the liquid stream containing oil and protein water.
Stage 05
The oil-protein liquid is heated above 60°C, then centrifuged to separate fish oil from the protein solution.
Stage 06
The separated protein solution is concentrated and returned to the fish meal drying flow, while fish oil is transferred to a dedicated tank with BHT antioxidant.
Stage 07
Fish oil is checked for color, odor, and impurities, then pumped into clean storage tanks with production-date and traceability information.
Stage 08
Finished fish oil is kept in sealed tanks in a dry, ventilated area and released for shipment under FIFO handling and clean transport conditions.
